Delivery

The Comfort Shop Offers A Low-Cost, Professional Delivery Service.

Unlike other furniture businesses, our delivery team will unpack, assemble and install your purchases for you (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne metro areas), making the delivery process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. We are proud of the service our delivery team provides and welcome your feedback.


Sydney Deliveries

Our delivery service covers the Sydney area and operates from Monday - Friday. Your delivery date and time (early or mid) is confirmed at the time of purchase and our delivery team will contact you 30 minutes prior to arrival on the day of delivery.

Delivery prices:

  • Assemble, deliver & install (up to 50km distance from Sydney Warehouse (Wetherill Park) / excludes wall bed installation): $150
  • Removal of old mattress: $80
  • Removal of old mattress and base: $140
  • Wall Bed delivery (SYD metro, does not include installation or packaging removal): $150
  • Wall Bed installation: prices vary depending on the model being installed. Please contact your closest showroom for pricing and recommended installer information
  • Collection from warehouse (Wetherill Park): Free


Brisbane Deliveries

We use Chess Moving for our Brisbane deliveries - covering the Brisbane area. A representative from Chess Moving will be in touch to confirm a suitable date (Monday - Friday) and time with you.

Delivery prices:

  • Assemble, deliver & install (up to 50km distance from Brisbane CBD / excludes wall bed installation): $150 - we use Chess Moving T: 07 3276 6100 / sales@faulknerremovals.com.au
  • Wall Bed delivery (BNE metro, does not include installation or packaging removal): $150
  • Wall Bed installation: prices vary depending on the model being installed. Please contact your closest showroom for pricing and recommended installer information


Melbourne Deliveries

We use The Handy Truck for our Melbourne deliveries - covering the Melbourne area. Deliveries are booked in for Fridays. A representative from The Handy Truck will be in touch to confirm a suitable time with you. (There is a $100 surcharge for deliveries booked on any day other than Friday).

Delivery prices:

  • Assemble, deliver & install (up to 50km distance from Melbourne CBD / excludes wall bed installation): $150 - we use The Handy Truck T: 0422 932 479 / jessebradley93@gmail.com
  • Wall Bed delivery (MELB metro, does not include installation or packaging removal): $150

National / Regional Deliveries:

We will happily arrange delivery of our products across Australia and overseas. Our freight charges are very reasonable and we use professional furniture removalists to ensure goods are delivered safely. (Excludes Wall Bed assembly / installation & packaging removal)

New South Wales / Queensland / Victoria

  • Delivery rates are set within a km distance from the Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane CBD:
  • 0 - 50km $150 (delivery, assembly & packaging removal)
  • 51 - 100km $290 (delivery, assembly & packaging removal)
  • 101 - 150km $390 (delivery, assembly & packaging removal)
  • 151 - 200km $490 (delivery only)
  • 201 - 300km $590 (delivery only)
  • 301 - 400km $790 (delivery only)
  • Greater than 400km $990 (delivery only)

Australian Capital Territory (ACT metro)

  • All deliveries flat rate $450 (delivery only)

Adelaide metro

  • All deliveries flat rate $550 (delivery only)

Perth metro

  • All deliveries flat rate $650 (delivery only)

Customers are welcome to arrange for their own freight company to collect goods from our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne warehouses. Items must be paid for in full prior to being dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note: Due to space constraints in our showrooms and Work Cover restrictions, we cannot allow pickups from our stores. Should you wish to take floor stock with you at the time of purchase, our staff are unable to assist in lifting or carrying items from the showroom. We apologise for any inconvenience.
